My best tip for beaming with confidence, even when a stranger is staring into your soul? Faithfully use an eye cream. I know, it sounds really superficial and silly, right? Trust me, though. It works!

Ever heard the phrase “dress well, test well?” It’s the same principal. Like a power pose for your face. Hey, I’m all about brain tricks, and if it provides an extra boost of confidence, I’m all for it.

How to Choose the Right Eye Cream

PRO TIP: Apply your eye cream in small dots along the orbital bone (like in above photo) and tap or gently massage the product into your skin with your ring finger. Never pull at your skin!Why? Eye cream can travel up to an inch, so if you apply it too close to the eye, it will travel INTO your eye overnight and cause puffiness. Yucko. Your ring finger is your gentlest finger, ensuring you are being gentle with your delicate under-eye area.
